McCullough, Melissa (Social Studies)
Welcome to my classroom!
Currently I am in my second year teaching at A.C. Reynolds High School, but my seventeenth year of teaching overall.  I graduated from Grand Valley State University (Michigan) earning my B.S. degree in Social Studies Education and a Masters degree in Secondary Education History. Prior to moving to North Carolina in 2007, I taught in Michigan for seven years.
This year I am excited to be teaching a new course, AP Human Geography along with Civics and Economics.  I am also our girls Varsity volleyball coach.
My husband and I reside in the AC Reynolds community with our two children who are both enrolled in the AC Reynolds/Cane Creek schools.  Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family experiencing Asheville's food and music scenes as well as participating and watching sports of all kinds, especially those my children are playing.
