Foods II Enterprise Overview
Thanks for your interest in Foods II Enterprise!  This level II CTE course is for students who are seriously interested in pursuing a degree or career in the food industry.  Food safety and sanitation receive special emphasis in this course, with students taking the exam for a nationally recognized food safety credential- The National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Certification.
This course also focuses on advanced food preparation techniques while applying nutrition, food science, and test kitchen concepts using new technology.  A real or simulated in-school food business component allows students to apply food safety, business and advanced food preparation strategies at school.
