Dangling my feet at the Grand Canyon with a 1500 foot drop...straight down.
Hi, and thanks for visiting my 2007 adventure out West. If you've never been...
During the summer of 2007
I took my dad on a road trip to the desert Southwest and visited places
that included Petrified Forest National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Arches
National Park, Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, and others. While I have
visited/camped at these places many times, it was the first time my dad
had experienced them. It was a great trip I recommend to everyone. The
only drawback was the temps. It was 139º at the bottom of the Grand
Canyon...I saw the thermometer! Whew.
Here are a few other pics from the trip. Enjoy!
